Rocky co-founded Single Source Industrial Supply in 2000. Single Source emerged as one of the largest manufacturing, import and distribution businesses in the construction safety industry. Demonstrating his expertise in business development, employee management and customer retension. Single Source was successfully acquired by Würth Industries in 2017

>Purchased his first piece of commercial property at the age of 22 lighting the fire for his true passion real estate investing.

>Team manager for the UNLV Rebel Basketball program (1992) under esteemed coaches Rollie Massimino and Jay Wright, enriching his understanding of university operations. Along with understanding how to make decisions in a fast pace high pressure environment.

Since relocating to Las Vegas in 1988 and graduating from Bishop Gorman High School in 1992, Rocky has cultivated relationships with some of the founding members of the community that have shaped the city's development. Through this Rocky has learned what it takes to develop a long term vision. And the dedication it takes to make it a reality.

In his personal time he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three children, mountain biking in Red Rock Canyon, playing pickle ball, and visiting his racehorses in Southern California and Kentucky.

Currently the Vice President of the UNLV Golf Foundation, Alexander Dawson Advancement Board member. Roseman University Board of Directors and active with the Boys and Girls club and supporting Las Vegas Metro police department.
